Workshop and Conference in Croatia: Science & Religion, 28 Aug - 2 Sep 2017

TROGIR, CROATIA: the Ian Ramsey Centre is co-organising, with the Humane Philosophy Project and regional institutions, a four-day workshop on science and religion, 28-31 August 2017. This workshop will be followed by a two-day conference on the same theme, 1-2 September 2017. 

Keynote speakers:

Stephen Priest (Faculty of Philosophy, University of Oxford),

Keith Fox (Professor of Biochemistry, University of Southampton and Associate Director of the Faraday Institute for Science and Religion, St Edmund's College, Cambridge)

Study week lecturers: 

Benedict Gocke (University of Oxford, Ruhr University, Bochum)

Marija Selak (University of Zagreb)

Mikolaj Slawkowski-Rode (University of Warsaw, University of Oxford)

Ralph Weir (University of Cambridge)

Samuel Hughes (University of Cambridge)

The official language of the study week and the conference is English. These events will take place at the Hotel Sveti Kriz, Arbanija near Trogir. Participants are invited to attend the study week, conference, or both.
